Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) sets forth rules for using the software and services provided by Toledah Technologies Ltd (“Toledah”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including Zaena ERP. All users (“Customer”, “User”, or “you”) must comply with this Policy in addition to the Terms of Service and Terms of Sale.
By using Toledah services, you agree to follow these rules. Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.
1. Prohibited Activities
You may not use Toledah services to:
(A) Illegal Activities
- Violate any local, national, or international laws or regulations.
- Use the platform to engage in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal transactions.
(B) Security Violations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users’ accounts, or third-party services.
- Attempt to bypass or interfere with security features.
(C) Malicious Activity
- Upload or distribute viruses, malware, ransomware, or other harmful software.
- Attempt to disrupt the availability of services (e.g., denial-of-service attacks).
(D) Abuse of Resources
- Overload system resources beyond what is necessary for normal usage.
- Use the platform to send spam, unsolicited communications, or phishing attempts.
(E) Intellectual Property Violations
- Copy, distribute, or modify Toledah software beyond what is permitted in the Terms of Service.
- Use Toledah services to infringe on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or Patents.
(F) Misrepresentation
- Pretend to be someone else or misrepresent your affiliation with Toledah or any other organisation.
2. Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must notify Toledah immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or security breach.
- Sharing your account with unauthorized users is strictly prohibited.
3. Monitoring and Enforcement
- Toledah reserves the right to monitor usage of its services to enforce this Policy.
- Suspected violations may result in temporary suspension, permanent termination, or legal action.
- Toledah may cooperate with authorities in investigating violations of law.
4. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any activity that violates this Policy, report it to: support@toledah.com
5. Amendments
Toledah may update this Policy at any time. The updated version will be posted on the website. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
